A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Like most hosted services, the site may create ordinary server logs, including an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use aggregate information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited data helps operate the service, diagnose problems, measure overall traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Links may lead to Bucks County or Pennsylvania portals, archival collections, libraries, and third-party search tools. Each destination controls its own privacy practices for information submitted there. That includes the sponsored search results supplied by another company.

The service uses an encrypted connection, and routine logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. No account, password, or visitor profile is created on this site.

This service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent information to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
Ask through the Contact page to access, correct, or delete personal data that we hold. Because we retain very little, we can review contact messages and available server logs promptly and remove relevant information. Pennsylvania has no located broad private-sector deletion law that turns independent public records into confidential material. The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, governs access to agency records, with exemptions and custodian-specific procedures. Requests about public records held by Bensalem Township, Bucks County, or Pennsylvania belong with that record’s custodian.
